This week on FTD, we’re finishing out the ultimate workout day with Joe Rogan and Action Bronson. After spending some time in the gym, Joe and Action headed to a well-known food truck where Texas barbecue meets Egyptian flavors. @@Philly-Champ sadly the competition isn't about how many rounds you won, its about who finishes their bbq with the least amount of errors. Even Kent should have lasted longer in the competition. Apparently apprentice level BBQing is better then 40 years of experience in BBQ

I think it's so interesting that he puts Baking Soda in the Kofta. Egyptians actually discovered Baking Soda. They found a natural source of Natron rock that had 17% Baking Soda naturally. I wonder if they used it in cooking back then?
