I Kinda like the idea of each of the Postal Dude voices being different personalities in the same head. Makes the story really interesting imo.

I swear Rick Hunter could read out the most boring shit ever and it’d be some of the most entertaining thing I’ve ever listened to. Nothing against the other postal dudes but Rick Hunter is just on another level and I’m so happy he’s both in this game and back in Postal 4. Godspeed you magnificent bastard.

With the coat, red eyes and Rick Hunter's this is definitely the demon side of postal dude from postal 1, which f up the lore even more.

Anyone guessing that the Other Dude is the "Demon" from Postal '97?

Postal lore is always somenthing i always wanted and it looks like rws have a plan

The Other Dude must be the Demon from the original Postal. The one that made the original dude aka Dude Senior go postal to begin with. I'm assuming this takes place after Postal 4: No Regerts, when the Dude kills the original, passing the Demon onto him, or the Demon seeing him as the true successor and attempting to take over. I don't think the Demon here and now is dead, on the contrary, I think he's still alive. But he's been "pushed" or "cleansed" from Postal Dude's brain. Because it's an entity that creates mass-murdering psychos and killers, like the other demons mentioned in Postal Redux's co-op mode. He's not gone so easily, and even states that killing or ignoring him makes him stronger. But the Demon for now is gone, and in all honesty... I think the "Guardian Angel" from Postal 4: No Regerts has something to do with it. It's mentioned that he's looking out for Postal Dude and Champ, some influence from him may be why this Dude was able to fight off the Demon, contradicting how the original Dude pretty much gave in. Overall, if Postal's lore is to be taken seriously with a few grains of blood covered salt, I think it's a daring and dark story that I'm all here for. We'll see in the next Postal game!

I like the idea of using Rick Hunter's voice as an antagonist personality, a demon they introduced us in the first Postal, but now the Postal Dude actually fights his demon instead of just succumbing to it.

Rick Hunter may have been the best Postal dude but Corey Cruise is extremely good as the postal dude. He was probably the best part of Postal 3, one of the worst games ever made

That part starting at 0:48 sounds like he's talking about the Postal series in general. No matter how much some people wish Postal weren't a thing, bringing it up only brings more attention to it. Postal is just always gonna kinda be there, doing it's own weird, edgy, probably somewhat out of date thing. Over and over again.

The weird attention to detail about the cutscene, people do shit themselves when they die and when you dream that you`re pissing on a toilet you`re actually just pissing yourself.

Actually this is kinda philosophic. Ying yang. Shadow in jungian psychology. If you gonna decline, deny, push away, not accept, whatever your inner shadow then shadow gonna grow stronger and stronger. What is unconscious wants be conscious. And you can't change anything untill it's seen/conscious and accepted. That's how you fix your life for better. Heh also this tattoo on dude forehead after waking up ;)

This bizzarely enough feels like a visual representation of trying to surpass expectations when making a sequel to an occult classic.

My interpretation of the ending cutscene is that the dream is something dude goes through very often, almost daily, as the other dude implied this has happened many times before. It's a constant fight against the other dude, or his "id". Much like us, the voice in your head telling you to do the worst things imaginable will never go away. Life is a constant war against our own worst impulses, and a psychopath like the postal dude is no exception. We can ignore that terrible voice all we'd like, but it will never leave.

I don't know what's more impressive, the fact that Rick Hunter and Corey Cruz actually represent different personalities of the dude which makes for an interesting story, or playing a Postal Game that isn't a buggy mess.
