The PAC 12 refs came in with a agenda and that was to get bubble team like Oregon in the big dance. Dante was able to play like he wanted and they took that away from Bona. I won’t miss the worst refs in a conference, the PAC 12.

I hate blaming refs but they the reason ucla lost. They intentionally got bona in foul trouble. PAC 12 refs are horrible

This UCLA team is not ready to play through games where the officiating doesn’t go your way and learn how to play through it and continue just to play your game. UCLA had a lot of opportunities this year to win close games even when they weren’t getting officiating and couldn’t get over the humph. This team has no one else to blame but themselves. When a game is officiated one way then you have to adjust and play smarter without putting yourself in a situation where the official blows the whistle on you. Were there certain fouls that shouldn’t have been called? Of course but at the same time you don’t let your frustrations get the best of you and that’s what happened to this team.

The thing I've always loved about Mick is that he doesn't pull any punches. He tells you exactly what he believes, and lets the chips fall where they may. The guys who return will be the guys that have bought in to his style of play and will have more experience. It will be very interesting to see what recruits we get next year.

The way UCLA fans love Cronin is crazy. The guy has a Napoleon complex, sucks as a coach, doesn't recuit well, blames the players for not being developed (that's his job), throws hissy fits on the sidelines, criticizes the refs all the time and somehow never gets fined.

Cronin is a great coach, the perfect coach for the transition to the Big Ten. I hope every one of these young men have the good sense to come back. I don’t know if it was ucla payback for destroying the pac 12 or Cronin pay back for his recent comments on the officiating, but this was Angel Hernandez level bad tonight.

THey've been f'g us throughout. We're (along w SC) the school that put them outta business. Many of these refs will be selling pencils outta a tin cup on the corner next year w/ no employment in sight and they sure wanted to screw us to get even for doing so.

It wasn’t UCLA destroying the Pac-12, it was actually USC. USC told UCLA that they were leaving so UCLA followed suit. USC was the ones who thought they should have gotten more money from the pac-12 package deal which they didn’t. Was it still payback on UCLA? Of course because they followed USC. Not all of it is on UCLA.

@@travisfoerster9984 That's essentially BS. The B1G was after the So Cal college football TV viewership. Our area is the largest in the country and a/the major reason is bc of UCLA...and sc. There are several national polls I've seen in the last 3 years that list the nation's "most popular college football program" UCLA is c. #10, sc comes way after. The program like the school is #1 in the hearts of America.

Shooting jump shots and free throws. Also rebounding. Fundamentals that players at this level should already have. Rebounding fundamentals can be taught. Shooting ia a skill that a player develops over the span of many years. Hope you stay at Ucla coach. You did what you could with this group.

It’s been a long dissapointing season UCLA fans but that’s life. Have to go forward. Change is always a hurdle . Let’s have faith in the coach and the players. Lots of work in the off-season to put together a competitive team in the big 10.

Everybody is a free agent. We'll deal with it. That statement is true. Coaches like Cronin making millions. ADs making millions. So, it was inevitable that playets should make millions (don't think theyve gotten to millions yet). The O'Bannons were right. You've got to deal with it. I saw a ticket price for the NCAA. tournament. It was equivalent to a pro game. And only a handful of college players have the skill set to play pro ball. Personally, I will never do that. But, I'm the exception. This business model is getting it done as far as maxizing profits. Never been collegiate. Never will be for sure.
