Postman Pat and the Toy Soldiers but it's in reverse 

Taken from the UK DVDs, the stories continue with the fifteenth episode from Postman Pat (and the second of the four specials), where a mix-up of parcels leads Pat into a mystery of Major Forbes's missing toy soldiers that only he can unravel.
