I like your classes Jessica. 6 months postpartum. 130Ib weight before pregnancy, during pregnancy 176Ib. It's wasn't easy in the beginning after my baby was born. But Doing always your exercise 💪, I lose weight have regained my body 135Ib and I keep exercise. I feel so strong beautiful and so happy being Mother 👩💓❤💛. Thank you Jessica 😊💓💖!

Thank you for all your work Jessica! I can't thank you enough for all the videos I already watched when I was pregnant and now after giving birth. You explain so well and modify if its a harder exercise. This was a great workout for me today (4months pp). I feel strong and healthy now.

I would like to thank this channel and Jessica. I am a first time mom and this has helped me lot. Me and my husband (yes he joins me) did the prenatal exercises almost 6x a week and My 7 lbs baby was out via vaginal delivery in Less than a minute. My doctor said my cervix was soft and my pelvic floor was wide enough to accommodate my baby without any difficulty. We are so happy we stuck to the exercises my delivery was a dream. My mantra during my contractions was “my body is strong and knows how to birth my baby”… I hope you continue to help all future moms and new moms out there!

Hi Jessica! Your exercise has been really working on my pouch belly and diastasis recti.. I had already enrolled in one of the UK program which helped but was not working after a certain point.However, this time with your varities of video I hope I achieve what I wish to

Why do I have a dip in milk supply after workout. I am hydrating and eating adequately. Or is it just an initial phase where the body is learning to accommodate workout as well?

As usual another amazing workout. Juggling between the needs of a 2.5 years old toddler and a 2 months old infant it took me around an hour to complete this workout. But I still feel great. Thank you for creating these!

Any advice for hip pain and popping? The beginning warm up when we’re squatting with our legs wide and toes out, hurts my hips. And when we’re on our back doing the toe touches, my hips pop sometimes. I had my 4th baby 2 months ago and have been started from absolute scratch working out again these last couple weeks doing mostly Pilates and low impact.

I did several of your short workouts, mostly hiit or cardio. This time I had a little more time and decided to try something different and I almost dropped on the floor! It always felt as if I did only few moves of each, yet I'm shaking and dripping sweat. Thank you so much for all workouts, especially the short ones. I finally have a little time to squeeze them in my day several times a week and it makes wonders with mood. I love your positivity, the choice of music, the moves; this is my favorite youtube workout channel.
