I am on day 7 postpartum and I am using Tena lady diapers and I put the softie and carriwell maternity pads. They are very useful for heavy flow. And alternatives for tucks I am using Anusol wipes and ointment for number 2 as you will experience discomfort. For peri bottle anything goes because basically what you need is warm water and some drops of witch hazel to rinse after a pee. Definitely lots of pads because you need to change each time you use a bathroom especially if you have stitches in order to keep the area dry.
