wanted to point out that I love the comment section under your videos because its full of mothers feeling good in their body, feeling strong and having a moment for themselves while working out. It feels so good to work out and strengthen the body that birthed your child!
Absolutely loved it, thank you so much! It was hard but I feel great that I did it. The only thing that could make this video better is a countdown timer - it's encouraging to keep on going when you know there are just a few seconds left. Otherwise it feels like eternity 😅

Just did this workout last night, I was sweating so much lol I didn’t think I would feel it today but oh man was I wrong! I’m so sore but in all the right areas lol I’m 8 months postpartum so I’m excited to lose all this baby weight. Thank you so much for your videos ☺️

love your workouts 9 weeks PP and did a lot of them during pregnancy. As someone that is in love with working out, it was the best during pregnancy to continue. I had strong core muscles to push at birth and got a lot of muscle memory back. Please keep making them!
I crushed this workout......... feels soooo gud. I do my best to keep fit but my last pregnancy was just off. I am 1 year postpartum and I'm not as fit as i was with the previous pregnancies. I did my old workout routines to a point where it just stopped working. But you workouts are so well structured, from preview to music, and they are super super effective..... Infact I worked some muscle groups I totally forgot I had...... Ur the answer to my getting back on the fitness prayer. I just fell in 😍 🥰 . Thanks so much

I really enjoyed this workout. I’m almost 2 months PP. Struggled with the lunges…even prior to becoming pregnant. More so now, but thanks for the workout ! ☺️
I just completed 3 months after vaginal delivery. I felt pain under my kneecap during the workout and I couldnt continue further. But I didnt wanna give up & so took some rest, continued with low impact moves. Finally finished it up eventhough it wasnt that easy for me. Hope to keep this work constant to watch myself transform. Fingers crossed🤞🏻
Starting this routine.. I'll give this ago for a month.. But honestly, this is really intense.. Its been awhile since my last workout and I needed some boost to keep going.. Just really difficult giving time for workouts since having a baby and a job all at once. I'm just having difficulties on some of the exercise that requires knee bending, got acl more than 3yrs ago and I am so careful not to trigger any on the knees.. But yeah, I crushed it.. Sweating all over..

wowzers i felt every min of this in my abs! great workout, had to improvise where i couldnt do the plank style moves but i loves all the knees up stuff on the bakc, more of this please! :)

This was great, and I kinda crushed it except for the interruptions of the doorbell and my toddler. 😜 I have a request- maybe there are copyright issues but can you do cooler background music? Like maybe songs we would recognize in an up-tempo version?
