So In Southern Africa we have a tradition for the sits Bath to sit in it for 30 mins twice a day until you heal..I'm not sure if anyone else here was told to ever do the same thing but it sure helps
Yes same either west Africans. I’m from Ghana living in uk but I still did this for all my three kids after birth. It helps heal the cervix , cleanse inside and soothing too . Doesn’t matter which type of birth you have. ❤
My doctor prescribed me a sitz bath kit to heal my stitches after baby. Gave me providome iodine to soak in for 10 minutes every day for about 14 days to completely heal. I healed way before the 14 days though but still followed doctors 14 day instructions. The 10% providone iodine needs to be diluted with the water before treatments. Hope this helps if anymore comes across my comment.
There is an essential piece in washrooms that is missing in lots of countries of the world called a bidet. This sounds as If I am showing off but a bidet is a water supply attached to a toilet with a tap a button or a dial that sprays water to clean your private parts. Since I own the house I live in my son installed a bidet in every toilet and it is not a wheel invention thing.
I'm kind of a little bit embarrassed they told me I shaved too much I had one surgery they told me they were cysts they popped up again you have any advice I never used one of these before
