Sir my brother has got compression fracture and was treated conservatively, on bed rest since last two and a half months. He was prescribed Taylor's brace and we have been using it. Our Taylor's brace extends till very lower back and has a broad belt that supports the tummy too. The doctor says we should use extended lumbar corset plus Taylor's brace. So I. Confused whether my Taylor's brace already has lumbar corset in it or do I have to use another one extending it with Taylor's.

Hey I am a physical therapist and my advice is You should work on first is proper setup of desk.. good height scree at eye level and good level of keyboard mouse etc...you will find RU-vid videos for same ...also work on strengthening muscles of your back scapula etc.. using this belt might make you sit straight but because belt is doing action your muscles will not do the action and so they will become weak and make posture worse and can cause injury
