Pot Stickers or Dumplings 

Pot Stickers or Dumplings made with Beef, Chicken, pork or any other meat are a wonderful appetizer for any gathering or family diner. Lets Make Some.
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet wonton wrappers
1/2 onion chopped thin
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp bullion powder
1 tsp tajin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. dehydrated garlic
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
For Sauce:
Combine the following ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil.1 tbsp minced garlic,1 tbsp minced ginger, 1 sprig of cilantro minced, 1 tbsp agave nectar, 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar. Mix well and enjoy.
