■ Materials (for 2-3 people)
・ Potatoes: 3 pieces (400g)
・ Onions: 1/4 piece (60g)
・ Tuna cans: 1 can (70g)
・ Milk: 200cc
・ Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons ・ Seasoned salt and pepper: a little ・ Consomme: 1 teaspoon ・ Butter (salted): 20 g
・ Salad oil: Appropriate amount
Batter / flour: appropriate amount / beaten egg: 1 piece / bread crumbs: appropriate amount
■ Preparation ・ Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
・ Chop the onion.
■ How to make
1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, put them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover them with plastic wrap, and heat them in a microwave oven at 600W for 5 minutes.
2. After taking it out, mash it with a masher while it is still hot.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onions and fry.
4. When the onions become transparent, add a can of tuna and fry lightly, add flour and mix until it is no longer powdery.
5. Add milk and mix gently, then add consomme and salt and pepper, and heat while mixing until thickened.
Add to 6.2 bowl, mix and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a bat with plastic wrap to remove heat and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Divide it into 7.6 to 8 equal parts, mold it into an oval shape, and batter it in the order of flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.
8. Fry in 180 ° C oil until golden brown and you're done.
