All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Mix well
Water as needed
Smooth dough
Rest for 5 mins
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Onion 2 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mix well
Take some dough
Roll to thin
Potato stuffing
Apply water
Fold
Roll gently
Fry until golden brown medium flame
