Jules Shultz you can get them off EBay, for just $12 this is exactly the one I bought, sadly my black handle was missing. Currently attempting to have a replacement handle sent out.

Is the potato you're peeling in the video before boiled (raw and solid) or after boiled (soft)

Short answer NO, sweet potatoes are too big, and butternut squash its very soft
