I love that you are showing that recipes don't have to be perfectly followed.... You use what you have and you adapt... that's how cooking is supposed to be.
I used to be really insecure about cooking, thinking "what if I mess up the recipe?" or "What if it tastes bad?", but then I realised... I'm making this food for me*, as long as I like how it turns out, I didn't mess up, and I can just make it taste how I want it to *well it's me and my family, but if they don't like it that's their issue :pp

No, you see if you watch his other vids you can see that he never has the right seasoning or even right ingredients and usually messes up the recpie but still eats the food.

Peel the potato then trim the bottom for a flat surface place chopsticks (or straws I guess....) and slice a quarter inch apart rotate ninety degrees and repeat And flower, cumin, smoke paprika, chilli powder and whisk Place the potato into the mixture and make sure to get it into crevices Fry it in an oil pot for seven minutes until golden brown Okay good luck

Just found this in my reccs and tried it. Didn’t cut mine deep enough but it was super easy to make and the flavor was great! Definitely a new quick snack idea
