Even if you don't like cooking I find these videos very relaxing to watch. It's wonderful to see people working together and as a community they help others, which is rare these days. It makes me want to live the simple life!

@@bornfree8677 Maybe. But my first job when I was in college was looking after seniors and I found out that my ladies were very proud of their age. It used to go a bit like this: Nice Grandma "Guess how old I am?" Me "Oh, I don't know! 21!" Nice Grandma "No! No! I was born in 1927!" Me "Really! Never! You must have seen it all!" Nice Grandma "Oh I have..." ....and then she would give me a fascinating history lesson from a true eye witness. Love Kathy.

Up until this video I have only seen older ones. I see Grandma has some help 😊 There's a cutting board and regular knife (No more machete!) 👏👏👏👏👏👏 A potato peeler! 😲🤗 And the first time I have seen Baking Soda in use. That's a lot of changes. Have these new tools helped reduce the time it takes to prepare these large meals ? Also, I have never seen green chili peppers being smashed! I really need to pull out my mortar and pestle and start using it. Your family has inspired me more than all of the Food Network television shows I have watched.
