✅ Ingredients:
Potatoes 3-4 pieces (500 gr)
2 eggs
Cream - 70 g (1/3 cup)
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Provencal herbs
Paprika
1 onion
2 tomatoes
Vegetable oil
100 g cheese
Place the dish in the preheated oven at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle the casserole with the remaining grated cheese
