Potatoes - planted 10 lbs each of the following:
Yukon - 26 lbs harvested
Magic Molly - 55 lbs harvested
Russet - 29 lbs harvested
Austrian Crescent - 47 lbs harvested
Total 157 lbs
Austrian Crescent fingerlings and purple Magic Molly are two of my favorite potatoes.
Planted seed potatoes in trenches with alfalfa pellets and prilled sulfur. Alfalfa to feed the plants and sulfur to make the soil more acidic to help reduce/prevent scabbing.
Tried an experiment fall of 2023 leaving nine seed potatoes in the ground to see if they would over-winter in Wisconsin and produce potatoes during the 2024 season; I dig those up, also, in this video. The output wasn't as large as I would have liked, so I will try again fall-planting some in the raised beds which have a mixture of three-years composted pine mulch and sand.

Thanks. Took many years and much trial and error to get here, and I'm happy with the results.
