I love this sooooooo much!!! I shifted myself HUGELY by imagining my higher self standing in front of my past self and hugging her and saying thank you for having the painful experience that lead me to rediscovering who I really am. It is such an enormous act of self love. I felt so much LOVE and joy and gratitude. I hadn’t thought about doing this with my future self! ❤

I sent you an email today about how my life has literally changed by stepping into my new identity and listening to this I can see so clearly how my old self lead me to this perfect state of being. Omg Tom we got tingles at the exact same time around 16:23 lol I can assure you their coming from me at least I like to think so 😂 I just had a conversation with a friend of mine and I said I purposely talk to my old self when I meditate or just when sitting still and pondering cause there’s a me in time and space still experiencing lack fear worry and doubt etc so with my mind I tell her kind things “you can do it” “you’re so powerful” “you’re right there, you got this keep going it’s all ok” you know stuff like that and I said whenever I’m in a bad place myself I imagine that there’s a future version of me doing the exact same thing for me now. I’m in a situation that looks the same as some past events but I say “thank you” because I know there’s a version of me reaching out to me just as I do my past selves and who’s also telling me “keep going” “you’re so powerful” etc etc for you to even explain the same exact thing that I was telling my bestfriend literally less than 24hrs ago is so beautiful the intelligence in it all is what makes life from this view so mesmerizing thanks for posting this Tom truly ❤

When I was broken I remember I opened my bank account with cents and a thought “I am worthless” happened, that moment I realized that it was not the condition that was creating the thought and the feeling of worthlessness, it was the belief that created that, and I am so grateful for that version of me because now I am rich but I’m not attached, my worth is not on my money and my assets .. and my relationship with wealth is not obsessive, I needed that moment, I needed that realization, I wouldn’t change anything! ❤
