The flipper cant actually unlock or gain access to anything unless you have ypur hands on the original key to the thing you want to unlock. The flipper is only able to clone signals which makes it unable to gain access to anything you would not normally have access to.
unless Peggy in HR puts her goddamn badge on that lanyard of hers connected to her tumbler and leaves it on the gas station counter every... morning... like... clockwork...
