I bet Dream wouldn't want Nightmare to visit Palette, so he avoids spooky stuff Goth's parents are Geno and Death, one being the God of death and the other being 1/9 of the original Sans. While Death reaps souls, Geno is eternally bleeding. They don't avoid spooky stuff like Dream and Ink because, well, the explanations before this sentence explains it all.
