kmk turned our to be one of my life's disappointments. I started listening to kmk when I was 16 (I'm 32 now ), about the time high society came out. when I heard that album, I was home. it was like being alone for years and then finding out one day you have a family who's been searching for you. it changed my life. I went from being a simple fan to being immersed in all that is kmk and the lifestyle. each album better than the one before it. after koast 2 koast I begin to see a style change, but no matter, I stay true. but then shit hits the fan with the death of pak and all the knowledge of how he was treated by the band and then they fire Richter who in my opinion WAS KOTTONMOUTH KINGS and it was a slow and steady decline for me. a band I truly thought stood for the herb and family all the shit they preached, turned out to be just the same as almost any other band, in it for the money and nothing more. it's sad. I miss the kmk I met when I was 16.

+joe spry Exactly, they are fucking garbage now. The way they treat richter is so sad. Not saying Richter doesn't have problems (its obvious hes got some drug problems), but rather than stick by and try and help a friend, they fucking kick him out and diss the hell out of him. So fucked and shows just what kind of character they have. Same thing with kicking out Pak before he died. Not to mention they all fucking suck now and completely turned away every single fan who got an SRH tattoo growing up. They are truly garbage and really sad because I was the exact same growing up.

i hear ya, they were the soundtrack to my high school with royal highness, high society and rollin' stoned. Now it's reduced to what it is. I'm glad richter left and just released, in my opinion, a very good solo CD. Bobby B even bounced outta there. if KMK is around in 5 years time, I'd be incredibly surprised

I got down with kmk around 98-99 royal Highness I had seen an ad in high times being a HUGE cypress hill fan I went and found their CD actually had to have it ordered but I LOVED IT.IT wasn't gangsta OR anything like cypress really but IT WAS FUN music to bump and bake. AT THAT TIME I also GOT EVERY artist ON subnoize's albums TOO every album got better but NOW? DAMN homie SOMETIMES IT IS BETTER TO NOT peek BEHIND THAT curtain AND SEE THE TRUTH OF THE ILLUSIONS. I have met potluck after a show with prozak and Twiztid. they were touring for straight out of Humboldt. I was out of money but let me TELL YOU these kats ARE REAL! AND cooler THAN air conditioning at the North Pole. they sat there and kicked it just chilling with me and EVERYONE ELSE WHO walked UP. JUST HONEST straight UP COOL folks who ARE WHAT THEY say 100% and I have been trying to spread the word about THEM SINCE. I HATE THAT kmk ruined themselves FOR ME. I DO TRUST EVERYTHING THAT 1ton and underrated ARE SAYING THOUGH. I have NO reason to think they WOULD LIE ABOUT the SHIT.

I used to be a huge KMK fan but Potluck absolutely destroyed them here, especially 1 Ton's part on Daddy X. I've completely lost interest with KMK since Richter left, and even the last few years with Richter I wasn't as interested anymore. But still KMK has like 5 albums I really like, so I don't hate them or anything. Like I said Potluck for sure killed them here though. Luckily Potluck's still good.

"I thought of something today, A while ago I broke my bong in front of Kottonmouth Kings In Baltimore, Md. at the "Rams Head" and not saying i was expecting anything from them. But i think Bobby B was the only person to be like "man, i'm sorry bro i know your pain" maybe Lou said something to me as well but anyway, some time goes by and i go to see Potluck in VA Beach (I forget the venue) I tell 1ton that i was the kid who broke my bong at the kmk "meet n' greet" he goes oh wow, come back after the show and we got something for ya, being a day after 4/20 i figured maybe i'de get to blaze or something with them. Instead he comes out with a nice "Blaze One" bong and completely reimburses my emotions that broke on the floor of that Meet n greet. Just figured i'de share the story because it was important to me. PotluckTV ya'll the real g's, keep it stoney." I posted this to the KMK facebook page today because this song made me think of why it's +Potluck > KMK.

I have done Lights and Sound for 3 Potluck Shows in the Midwest In Sioux City and Omaha...Every time these dudes come out not only do they kill the show they chill with not only the promoters/artist but the fans and smoke with them not just fans weed but their own as well. Even the dude selling the merchandise for them smoked me out with a joint one time. These guys are the truth and I have always loved KMK growing up but lets be honest they have fell off and on top of that talking the crazy racist shit didn't help the cause in this battle. Also with the fact I have heard over the years from many of their long time fans that they are fake as fuck and give fans no time of day at shows.

I guess potluck needed extra publicity to push album sales so they recycled an old story. They dissed X & Loc on their mixtape and they act like it wasnt about them. Didnt underrated make a diss track about chucky and loc with brawdcast last year? These guys are clowns, still riding the kmk train to build up their popularity.

Why does a lot of people still stick up for KMK? I'm mean I understand why, you want to be loyal fans but why be loyal to something that hasn't been loyal to you? It's now a false reality! Everything has pretty much been exposed to this point. Taxman first left and voiced his opinion on the exact situation with KMK. Then Pak left because they wanted to cut his pay so others could make more. After that there was the big thing between KMK and Suburban Noize which was all over money. And then last was the departure of Richter and now Richter isn't even allowed to perform any of his famous verse's from KMK. It's basically like KMK wants to act like Richter was never even a part of KMK. It just sucks cause KMK use to stand for something but over time it just became about business and making money. It's sad really!

Damn proud someone finally spoke on these kids. I gave up on them after the first album when the kicked Saint out. ***** I think icp ate up lot of money try to fight the fbi, and no money to support twiztid .then twiztid saw that and made the hard decision to go out on Thier own. As for for icp, new cd is ok and I like it. But it's no ringmaster or wraith. Icp is getting older, I don't see alot more music out of them in the next 5 to 7 years.i think they will turn psychopathic into pushing other younger artist.as for kmk , they are about to inplode or get back lash from the fans. First they got rid of ricter and now potluck.not much of a future when you push artists out. I don't know the full story but it sounds like daddy x is on a power trip and going mad.
