Hi everyone.
Well it’s about time I finally made a video.
I’m kinda shy really but felt I needed to do a video to share my journey and provide practical videos that you can replicate at home.
I am a nurse by profession but would really now like to go fulltime as a maker of things. So this is me giving it a whirl!🙏☺️😊
This video is just me introducing myself and how I have things set up in my 11x7.5 studio at the bottom of my garden.
I started ceramics after experiencing a period of decline in my mental health after going through a difficult time in my life. I found working with clay both medicine and meditation for my soul and very healing for me.
I want to share how I make many of my pieces including the disasters along the way, of which there are many.
My channel is no frills real life pottery.
I don’t clean my studio just to video. Everything is authentic.
I intend to upload weekly practical videos.
As a new channel I don’t yet have a website and right now only sell through my Instagram source_ceramics the link is NUmonday. OK only right now but message me and I will try to help.
