This was one of my favorite trails. There is amazing views with some good terrain. The wall isn't too difficult if you have a spotter. Thanks to the guy we met on the trail to help spot. We also went to California Pass and Hurricane Pass.

nice edit and great job on the wall !! feel like my JT might be a bit too long of a wheelbase for the wall ...time to find some vids of longer wheelbase success stories !

Thank You! Yeah the JT may be a little long but you might be able to do it with some miner scratches on the bottom of your rear bumper lol

Great video and nice walk up the wall. You think JL Sport w/ 35s and open diffs could get up that thing or would my winch have to be spooled out :)

With the shorter wheel base you may be using your winch. But anything is possible haha. Thanks for watching!

Is there another way up to the lake? I see that Subaru parked up there. Headed back that way this summer to dispersed camp.

Yeah there is a couple of different ways to the lake that aren't very challenging. You could go through animus forks and go over hurricane pass I believe.

Do you think a 5th gen 4runner could do it? It has a 3 inch lift with 33 inch tires and it also has a traction setting built in.

Jonathan Varvar I would say yeah but there is one section that you have to squeeze through two rocks if you can’t fit in between the two you have to drive over one. The section by the punch bowl is pretty intimidating going down because you’re on the side you can’t see the edge. I ran it both ways and personally thought going up it was easier.

Its a Teraflex CT3 3 inch lift with the falcon reservoir shocks. It works very well with the tent on top and all loaded up with camping gear in the back.
