Coach Simon could you do a review on the War Tape? Often I hear people say its the best boxing tape. If possible even a head to head of War Tape vs Empire Pro Tape but great content as always coach Simon

Versamitts were the original Have you tried any double sided mitts , which ones and how did you find using them ?

Versamitts at my Gym are 15 years old and still look new. They are fantastic. Unlike the HitNmove Turtle you can actually receive full body shots. I wonder if these air mitts would pop eventually.

We have been selling the padball for over 5 years, which is a double pad. As a trainer/coach I wouldn't use them, too cumbersome, not good on the joints

@@chrisfirth8610 what's a padball? I can only say I've seen multiple trainers of professional fighters use the Versamitts as a tool in the Gym. Maybe your elbow position is too flared?

Hi Simon, I have a question about the gloves rankings, if the £60 Messenger gloves are rated 96.1 and the Grant Velcro are rated 94.8 and cost £500+ does that mean the messengers are better gloves despite the huge gap in price? If so then the value for money of the messenger gloves is astounding, cheers

If you look at the sections of both cards then you can see exactly where I see the strengths and weaknesses of both gloves Grant style is very high V4m not so good Messanger are OUTSTANDING value for money All cards are comparable with each other regardless of price division they are in The stars give even more clarity to what I think the order of the gloves is
