How deep of gravel did you lay and I'm guessing the concrete is 4" depth?

@drexton7695 4" inches of class 6 roadbase, I believe, and the pad was 5.5" inches thick.

As long as we reopen the surface with a broom finish, yes. I don't recommend steele trowel outside without a broom. It can spall that way.
