You weren't kidding about swirling the green in - that made it look pretty stagnant. Awesome! And yes, it would be cool to see a play-through eventually. Cheers!
Solid work. Really nice result at the end. I'm sure plenty folks will be interested in seeing a game with your board. Might be a fine way to expand your audience as some folks are only interested in the D&D gaming aspect
Super nifty. I like the way you made the pool follow the grid, without _looking_ like it was. Nicely done. "Jig" :D I'm thinking of sitting out this years DragonCon, here in Atlanta. I may go, tho, so if you're there, I'd love to meet you F2F
Thanks Cross. I'm more planning for next year as well. I'm just a little excited for things to go back to normal. I will definitely look into Atlanta Dragoncon though.
It took years before I finally made the leap. Once I did it was actually frustrating. Regardless, I got determined and figured out exactly what I was doing wrong. I'm fairly confident now, but I really do understand where you are coming from.
Really enjoying all your videos this is one of my favourites, it looks fantastic. I've based what tiles I've done on thin mdf board for sturdiness with thin 5mm foam on top for the tiles, but seeing this I might change to a thicker foam in future so I can get these sort of effects. Love your work top notch.
Thank you, elfmix! I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying my videos, and I appreciate the kind words about my work. Using a thicker foam can definitely help you achieve more depth and texture in your terrain, so it's worth experimenting with. Of course, using what works best for your needs is always the most important consideration. Best of luck with your future projects!
@@ArtJeremiah as someone who has a proxxon but hasn't talked myself into spending the money in the shifting lands guide...I would love the tutorial :+)
