Melissa you almost always manage to bring tears to my eyes when you do the ending narration and so it was today. They grow up so fast and my boys are grown up and have family of their own. The values that Khiamani has come from you and Jeremy and he will accomplish all that he wants because of the teaching that you have shown Khiamani. Glad the garage house is coming along and that the steps are finally in, a long time coming. I had to chuckle when Jeremy fumbled the tape measure multiple times. Good to know you guys are actually just regular humans like me, who always gets a tape cut, stumbles over the lumber, and can never keep the end of the tape hooked onto the wood. But still, you guys are doing an awesome job.

My son was born just 13 days before my 27th birthday. He will be 48 this year! Time seems to pass by so quickly and in this day and age, we live so far apart it is hard to get together. Looking at the older pictures of kaimani I can’t believe how alike both your boys are. When they’re full grown men Eli and Kaimani will be looking like twins. Amazing ❤️ also as an added note seeing Eli in his astronaut suit affirmed to me, that one day he will go to outer space and become that pilot he dreams of. I used to get birds in my woodstove all the time. My chimney sweep put chicken wire around the open areas on top of the chimney flue. They fly in there for shade and shelter and end up in the stove.
Happy Birthday to you! I got a sister for my second birthday and when I started middle school we had triplets dispersed in different classes (one in mine) that shared that date + another classmate. The best part about it now that we are adults is that we take turns on who we celebrate it at. The 'deep clean the house!' stress is eliminated every other year and you get a break from hosting. My introverted self rejoices.

I am 59 yrs old with 3 beautiful kids they all went to college and my youngest just graduated. For me the hardest thing was when they moved out for college. I was never in a hurry for them to move out. I had a pit in my stomach that they don't need you anymore. I know they will always need you but I mean like when they really needed and depended on you. I'm glad I raised 3 independent hard working productive good humans inside and out. I'm sure you've heard others say they will be grown before you know it, let me tell you there is never enough time it flies by in a flash, cherish every second you can.
