not having expectations from random or even friends on a team is a pretty underrated mindset. easy for a good player lose composure because their teammate made a mistake
@@pienixcs Not think, we know so! You are literally the only channel on youtube that is teaching no BS actual mechanics and actual strategies that work. You the man.
This guy seems really good for having never looked inward as to why he does what he does. Maybe, idk, he's faceit 10, so he's not shit, but he's got some large holes in his game and Im really WONDERING how they got there.
Well stop wondering start playing, not everyone is good at everything some ppl get there with aim some with brain some with both and other are carried by teammates Whatever works
The way you explain this is fantastic, really really helpful, and you say things straight up, no bs, but also not like a dkhead haha. Also, judging from the accent English is not your first language? Just wanted to say your English is amazing!
15:48 - if you kill long player, the statisticcally smart play is to look for the second enemy NOT in long. 21:21 - when your teammates get shot at, you can't be passive - you need to peak out & engage in fight. 38:42 - flash for B
here at 11:45 i have a question. would you consider a default plan, for example, on mirage T-side, 1 guy lurking A, 1 lurking B Apps, 2 top mid and 1 under? with the goal of on A and B, to stop pushes and top mid + under to win Mid, and then go from there. I see a lot of this in pro matches. Another default example would be on Inferno (more in CSGO), T-side 2 players for banana, 2 to win apps (1 for balc or both door) and 1 support for banana and mid. Or Dust2, where the goal for the T-side in the beginning is to win short and go from there
I’m 2200 elo NA and feel like I’m making mistakes but I can’t tell why, it feels like one match I can be doing the same thing but go from 20 kills to 8. Any chance I can send a vod or two? I’m trying to take the next step in playing main and feel like I need some help getting there. Individually I know there’s another step I have to take.
I think for sure many players do it but try and experiment with it, if you can make the flash pop in a way they don't expect behind you or in front of them while you go out of the smoke. I started doing it and you figure out which spots are more doable than others. But what I wouldn't do is do it regularly so they expect you afterwards, or play around this fear if possible.
I don't agree with point on 13 min of video. I mean generally i agree, you need to adapt for team to win, but in this specific situation, narrr. He had no time to rotate to his braindead teamate feeding +w mid from bottom apps, and it's just 4th round of game with ppl he never played with, so he can't predict teamate's next move. In case if teamate smart enough to hold, also holding aps for flank is W. But if he sees his mate +Wing in mid and he follows him, aps player can just hear him and take terrorist team into picers. Just unlucko with racers in team.
Aintnoway this is 2k elo eu wtf. I'm 1800 how am I down here with this guy. I gotta watch my demos or buy some coaching I gotta be doing some real down bad shit without noticing when this guy is higher elo wtf lmao
The crazy part comes when you realize tier 1 pros have coaches and analysts doing exactly what pienix is doing for the people in his videos and go through 4 hours+ of theory correcting mistakes daily, you never stop improving and scouting yourself and others.

The random runs mid like a monkey and you're asking him to play off it. How can he know what this idiot is going to do? He starts second mid doing his normal default protocol, which you mention is a perfectly fine protocol, within 20 seconds the guy is dead brackets without any communication as to what the plan was. Not sure how the guy can react to this. I understand that people need to react to their teammates but I think this one is abit of a stretch. Its impossible for him to be in a position to trade.
