So I was at a corse in Sacramento on Saturday. There was some dude yelling at his chick who was 100 yards in front of him. He was on an electric scooter that seemed to only go for about forty feet then stop. He would flip out fuck with the wiring and then do another forty yelling at the top of his lungs “Bitch I Am Talking To You!” I don’t think he ever caught up.
