Looks like the Hiace is also another fun, thrilling vehicle to drive! Won't need to fork out a heavy sum for a sports car (like a Porsche or Ferrari) for this amount of performance.
I used to drive one in the Philippines. The 2.5 diesel sounds the best for me but a bit sluggish. The 3.0 one has more power but our version has a 160kph limiter. This generation of Hiace is quite nice to drive. The flat nose makes it easy to drive in traffic as well as parking head first. I just wish she had more power though. 260nm of torque and 101hp for 2.5 and 300nm of torque with 136hp for 3.0 doesn't seem enough. The NV350 pulls nicer with her better torque. But Hiace still wins for me cuz of driving experience and they are very durable. Their parts are easy to get too, unlike the NV350 which takes more time for us and the parts aren't cheap.
