My son has a 2016 GT performance package in black with two tone red and black leather seats, 6 speed standard. Bought it at 2 years old with only 5000 km’s on it, never winter driven even to this date. X pipe exhaust, air intake, added on Cobra steering wheel Cobra shifter and a Cobra rear panel. It’s too bad he didn’t get the original GT wheel, shifter and panel with it. Guess the first owner really wanted a Cobra? But because of this he did get it at a great price as the Ford dealer didn’t want it passed off as a Cobra so they said. The guy who traded it got rid of all his mid life crises toys, the GT, a 2016 Harley, and an Explorer all at the same time at the same Ford dealer all for one new Explorer. It’s a beautiful car, far too nice to drive on our salty sanded winter roads and it’s sitting in its stable for the season.
I'm looking into getting a 16 gt just like this.hopefully this helps me decide,it's between this and a challenger with the 5.7 in it.im leaning toward the mustang lol.
@@Evil5.0 yea I agree,I didn't end up with the 16 mustang.too many miles for to much money and no warrant but I did end up grabbing a 14 gt 5.0 with very low mileage and a nice warranty.im happy with my decision lol.also it was alot cheaper then the challenger lol.
@@Jesus-px9sq yea I'm very happy I went this way,I hear way to much about the chargers and especially them 5.7s.Also from what I researched the mustangs are alot easier to add shit to and mess with compared to the chargers.My only complaint would be no back seats and also no consoles or anything to put all my shit,you have one lil middle console and that's about it but yea I'm definitely happy I went this route.I started off my search looking at the 5.7 hemi then started looking at the srt 392 scat packs but like I said the price difference to the hp difference didn't make since to me.Im only down 50 hp and saved almost 20k lol.
@@NF-is4dr thanks bro... My exhaust took about 6-8 months to break in. i would recommend reaching out to them if it doesn't sound loud. Maybe it's not broken in yet? Not sure sorry I cant help on it
seems like an okay deal... Depends what packages. If it has premium package, and performance package i would go for it. If its just base maybe wait for the premium
This weekend I'm going to post mine on RU-vid mine is so much more louder than I've ever heard anyone elses of course I live in the land of freedom in Florida so I'm not restricted by all the little things that everyone else is restricted by with emissions
@@Evil5.0 so I was out of town when I posted that message when I got home I took it to an exhaust shop had them put it up on the lift to find out what kind of exhausted has oh boy so it has kooks stainless steel long tube headers straight pipe with x pipe and then borla Mufflers at the tail
