I am the very proud and extremely happy owner of a 1995 Mercedes-Benz C36 AMG in brilliant silver metallic. I am absolutely and completely in love with my car, it's the first Mercedes-Benz I've owned, and it brings me immense joy on a daily basis. I enjoy watching your videos as I understand completely what you mean when you talk about driving enjoyment, build quality and design. The W202 is a timeless design for sure. Greetings from France! Mine is a 1998 C180 manual, i put 100,000 km on it in 3 years and it has never let me down. So far i had to replace the water pump which was a 20 minute job since this car is so easy to work on, a MAF sensor and timely filters and fluid changes. This car is very economical to run, it can achieve 6.5L/100 km. The only thing i miss is an automatic transmission but that's just me. Also had a 1995 C200 Diesel which also was insanely reliable and economical but a bit slower. By the way i also have a 1995 S124 E250 Diesel 5 cylinder that just passed the 500,000 km mark and after changing a few bushings and motor mounts it still drives like new! (in the familly since 2000)

Hailing from Iceland and brilliant to find your video m8 ... I've got a W202 C220 '95 "Classic" driven 164k Km on 15" AMG wheels and has the same interior/setup albeit mine is automatic... it's been a garage car for awhile and just got a new fuel pump (they get corroded over time and hard to come by) and a fluid flush ... after 26 years ... that was the only thing - took it straight away to MOT ... no comments and a clean bill. This oldie drives better than my Audi A4 Quattro 2.0TFSi to be honest :) - there is a very helpful and nice group on FB for W202 owners "Mercedes Benz W202"

I personally just bought a 1998 c230 w202 in july im in america so its auto but im trying to find a 6 speed from a w203 it should be bolt up i may do a video of the process

Is that the ABS light on in the cluster?? If so how comes the speedometer and odometer work? Mine won't read if that light is on
