Also if it wasn't for my good friend Lucy if ya know what I mean I would never have found you or Jarrad everyone seems to give me shit about psychedelics yet I feel like its the very thing that showed me what direction to go in obviously had to integrate my experiences to learn this exactly why I stress out when I feel I can't learn anything quick enough but learnt that as long as I stay curious I will have a better chance of maintaining positivity you also started me off with meditation that 666 method breathe through the nose six seconds hold six seconds exhale six seconds from there I've gotten deeper with meditation to the point I can make myself all tingliny a bit like a trip and it really made such a positive change in my life you and Jarrad are my role models keep up the good work it will always be appreciated by me

Tom your a legen you and jarrad wright changed my life if it weren't for you fellas id still be living a lifebof pain you both gkt me out if that onto the right path started with the deep spiritual path till you taught me the way i was doing it was morw damaging then benifical i was starting in the dewp end learning about ego death but what i thought was ego death wasnt ego death or enlightenment it was just a mild spiritual experience have a lot morw to learn in life and you and jarrad taught me that much love for thw lot of ya yous truly touched my heart and made a difference i feel it would be nice for yous to know that

Please make sure you plan it right with VERY close friends only who are also tripping. If you have a trip sitter, make sure they've done lots of acid first.
