When i was in university i was renting a flat with no bed but an old couch that trasforms into a sleeping place or whatever. First year i lived there, almost every night, even if i went to bed at 10pm i would lay in it, even without looking at the phone up until 3 am. In around 3-4 am i would just start crying uncontrollably due to tiredness, but also due to overwhelming of bad thoughts and memories. And around 4 to 5 am i would fall asleep from exhaustion from the crying. Then i couldn't take it anymore and i bought myself a bed in Ikea. Asked the owner to let me throw the couch away, and was given a green light. INSTANTLY i was able to sleep! But unfortunately the harm to the mind has been done already. So people, please take care and change something! Either bed, mattress, get sleep hygiene, go to therapist and get it resolved! Thats not ok! And yall deserve to get good night sleep, because if not it could literally ruin ones life. You all deserve better!
Best thing i do is count perfectly to 100 and restart on any slight mistake. Same distance between numbs, never second gess, never think the wrong number ext.

Caine: Activates sleep mode. Bubble: Gets popped by Caine. The Moon: Rises up in the night sky. The Sun: Hides behind the mountains. The Mannequins: Literally goes into their still life bins. Kaufmo: Dreams about finding the "exit".
