That bit about PMSing is so real, it’s legitimately awful because you really think something’s wrong, and you’re just trying to figure out what happened, you think you’re depressed, you wonder if you need help, drives you mad. The same thing happens when you don’t sleep well, don’t eat well, don’t exercise etc. and it’s like trying to find your way out of a maze of mirrors.

This video spoke so much from my soul! I went through the same phase 4 weeks ago and have tidied up all areas of my life. Minimalism is so liberating! It was the first time I realised how much all this unused stuff was weighing me down. It even went so far that I almost procrastinated myself to death 😂. I was constantly tired, exhausted, unmotivated and worst of all: I didn't have the energy for my art. And now it's all blown away and I'm more productive than ever. Hi hun, thank you for posting your journey, you have really opened my eyes as to why my small business failed. There is a lot of information out there, that no matter how much I looked for it, it's hard to determine what is "good" for your business, and what is a waste of time. Absolute yes on the pms topic. At first tracking just the period was good but now since I know that I started scheduling pms weeks where I give a little warning to myself, and do tasks that are simple for me during those days. And I also start eating more hormone nourishing/balancing foods/teas then too so it’s not as bad

What is that really cool dusting tool you were using? Also for the tote bags, you can roll them up and put them inside of one of the totes and hang that one up on a regular hanger in a closet so they are accessible if needed. ☺️

If you put a command hook on the wall right above/ below/ next to that light switch behind the fridge, it should stick out just far enough to keep the fridge from hitting the switch

honestly when it comes to watering plants having a hygrometer is a muuuust :) helps you water it at the right time and avoid root rot or underwatering unlike apps! Even if you input the conditions your plant is in having the hygrometer measure the soil's humidity level is way better, you just have to check hygrometer levels for each plant and note it, and check every few day routinely :)

It could be the nutrients from the soil being drained out from watering. Have you tried seasol when watering or changing the soil periodically to keep the nutrients sufficient?

Hey Tammy! I adore your videos. I was making polymer clay things for a bit and your channel really inspired me while I did it. I even ended up modeling and printing my own 3d resin clay tool sticks for textures which I sell on my Etsy now. I really admire your resilience and drive. I know the feeling of needing to clean and organize and getting rid of unnecessary things all too well lately. I’ve been going through all of my things. I’m moving to the attic, so my aunt, who is disabled, can have the bedroom on the main floor. She’s been staying in our living room. And the attic is big enough to where I can have a small art studio space too.
