Made the right decision to stay at a treehouse hostel located steps away from a Pointbreak in El Salvador during the recent pulse of South Swell.
The waves progressively built throughout the course of the week, until by the last day it was too big (10ft+) the whole point was closing out. So - the only thing to do was to charge the novelty backwash spot.
Surfed so much over the course of this week that the recent flatness of Southern California became a distant memory. Got absolutely cooked. Stayed for just a week but it felt like a lot longer than that. Can't wait to go back.
