I used to live in a town with less than 5,000 people and I will say it was the most fun and the most peaceful place I've lived. Small towns are the best towns
@@chez8239 Yeah thats fair. The town I live in know has just over 100k people and it's almost too much for me 🤣 I can't imagine living in a city bigger than 100k people
If there is a place to get what you need like gas and food it's big enough. I actually know a lot more people in my small town. I didn't even know the neighbors names when I lived in the city.

All the lights on the truck are from the old days they used to be called California lights because the trucks coming out of California used to be lit up so i Guess people took it from them

I live in the Phoenix area and will sign up for swift in about 90 days 🤣 but can you make a full video on driving with a mentor (I know you hated yours!) but like taking sh*ts, showers, food, having someone in the truck with you for a month, how many days home you got during your training etc… also I’ve never been inside a flying J or Loves… do they have food courts, showers etc… also are those on the company card like showers and stuff? Any other tips would be hugely appreciated! 🤙🏽 keep up the awesome vlogs! 👌🏽
hey bro thank you! sorry can’t take vid on my mentor anymore since I upgraded to solo long time ago and I took a video when I showered at pilot J one time check it out👍 company cards are just to pay for fuel and rewards card are for free showers and to gain points and you can buy stuff at the store using those points lol if you looking to do trucking it’s definitely worth trying out👍

I’m def looking to get into trucking in the next couple months… still debating on swift or prime… I like swift cus terminal is right near me but just worried about the pay… I like prime because of the lease program seems like you can make more money in the first year but not sure it would be smartest without getting a little solo OTR time first. I use the Rand Mcnally 2.0 bro and tbh I would not recommend getting the garmin gps because I personally think Rand mcnally has more details when it comes to driving in freeways and streets also easy to use, and okay I will try to make a video of that stay tune !(: you as well good luck !

@@happycook6737 No not really lol. It's okay I got my CDL still but Southwest is way better. Just walk into southwest if they don't email or call back. HDS is very lazy, and if you do go to HDS don't work for DSW. (assuming your asking out of Tucson or Phoenix.)

no you dont have to take the shuttle if you dont wanna ride with the other people, personally I drove some days and some days I took the shuttle lol, and im sure u can wear shorts its going to be hot ! and also buy a portable chair because trust me ur gonna need it haha unless ur planning to stand for more than 8 hours, bring enough clothes but you can also do laundry at motel 6 (: bring food as well if u tryna save money because buying everyday can cost a lot of money.
