I find it hilarious at this point bc the series wasn’t supposed to go on this long so to balance out their op-ness, they get nerfed every single season.
I stopped watching around the 6th to 8th season, and didn't even realize it was going on to a 16th season. I only learned some of the stuff that happens because I watched a full history of the world of Ninjago, like all of it, and I didn't even know some of this stuff was explained.
I've went back and rewatched it so including the power lost in Season 2 because the lost their golden weapons and season 4 and 5 and season 9 with Lloyd and for 11 if u include Nya not being able to control her powers with the ice and now thats at least 7 times and Ik a spoiler about someone loosing their powers in the next one but no spoilers ;)
@@niekvanderveldt1944 you I actually was debating if I should do that one cuz he didn really loose loose his powers just his golden powers he could still control well his green element but yeah
While I love the slicker animations of the newer Ninjago seasons, the original designs of the characters will forever be the ninja that I grew up with.
Yeah, you'd think becoming the very embodiment of Good and defeating your Evil counterpart would have more lasting consequences Guess you're getting downgraded for plot reasons.
When draining Kai’s Power: Yummy I’m full of the power of fire When draining Nya’s Power: Welp I guess I have to wait for a few minutes while some ninja fight more ninja
@@alexmc973 Season 11,12,13 he lost when Aspheera took his powers, prime empire they didn’t have powers and in the dungeons there was vengestone everywhere
Fire chapter was an introduction, filler, and complete start to an adventure themed season. Ice chapter was the true plot constructed off of the start. The ice chapter was pretty good and technically so was the fire chapter. This wasn't a "bad season"
Chen took Zane, Cole, Jay, Kai, and Lloyd's powers. Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole lost theirs when Morro possessed Lloyd. Lloyd lost his after Garmadon beat him up. Aspheera took Kai's and later Nya's
I still think this season was more of a Lloyd season than a Kai season. I guess Kai does have his development with accepting that he isn’t nothing without his power and that he is still useful to the team, but everything else still makes it seem like a Lloyd season
Honestly the creators disrespect kai so much that he went from strongest to weakest and didnt get a season for himself (not a season thats shared with someone else)
Remember in season 5 when they lost their powers because something happened to Lloyd...but then they said that they are related to the old element masters in some way and that's why they have powers....I'm the only one who is still confused
They gave their powers to Lloyd in season 2, and got them back in season 3 when he gave up the golden power, so the factor is that their specific powers are tied to Lloyd now. (Oh and i used translator to say that sooooo....sorry about the bad english)
Every time Kai lost his power After losing sword of fire After losing elemental blade After it being stolen by Chen After Lloyd got possessed When stolen by Aspheera When playing in prime empire (this one he couldn’t use his powers) After helping to create the Golden Ultra Dragon
@@ninjacrafted im pretty sure he does have it In season 4 when they were about to kiss but didnt because dareth ruined the moment He told her to call him
This is from season 11, this came out 3 years before the current season, Nya hadn’t lost her powers yet and was still a ninja at this point. Also Spinjitzu isn’t something only elemental masters can do, we see many non-elemental masters do Spinjitzu during the show
1rst time: loses the sword of fire 2nd time: looses sword of fire to stop the mega weapon 3rd time: hid his elemental bladed 4th time: chen steals his power 6th time: Lloyd gets possessed 7th time: vengestone in prison (when he was framed from Nadakhan) (Now the next parts are probably wrong due to it being the "new" Ninjago) 8th time: stole by aspheera No clue what happens afterwards
lloyd: powers don't make a hero kai: ugh, dude, that's just what people with powers say to people without powers to make them feel better lloyd, season 9: am i a joke to you
Let’s see if I got this right, a villain knows spinjitzu and has the ability or a way to steal their powers, what is this the 6th villain that can do this
I am fairly certain she's actually the first bad guy with spinjitzu. She however is not the first one to take away their elemental powers (but definetly the first one to be so fckin weird about it)
In the newer seasons, Nya’s power has been reconned to work in a way where she can no longer create water out of thin air, she can only manipulate the water around her, since they were in a place with no water, she couldn’t use her powers
@@alexmc973It’s A ISLAND. The season is directly called The Island and you know what a island has? Nature. And what does nature include? Water. And Seabound? There was water in the fields were crops were growing, Or because it was simple land it must have a lake somewhere.
