On a fucked up note, I've a hospital worker say this to a cop (recorded on body cam). The person the cop arrested died because he ate a large amount of crack/cocaine to hide it from the cops. He came clean, but the officers alerted no one even after the suspect said they were going to die. Say what you will, but I could hear the frustration in the hospital worker's voice when he told the officer "when someone says they are going to die, they usually are".

My father in law wasn’t feeling well when they were out so he asked my mother in law to drive him to the ambulance station in our village because he didn’t know what else to do. They loaded him in the ambulance and started checking his vitals when he had a full heart attack in front of the ent and emergency doctor. The emt took my mil aside and said “wait outside and call your kids if you have any”. Probably the most chilling sentence to hear in that scenario. However he was successfully reanimated and because the doctor was there when it happened the heart tissue wasn’t even damaged. He got 3 stents put in and was sent to rehab. The fact that he died and would’ve stayed dead if it wasn’t for people like you makes me grateful every single day. Thank you

FUN FACT: Always call for EMS. I promise they will only take you to the hospital if it’s necessary. @a-drewg1716
@a-drewg1716 10 месяцев назад
@@CaitofFate If you call EMS you only get charged if you are transported to the hospital. Even then 1. If you have any insurance (92% of Americans are insured) you will be fine, even the worst of the worst piece of shit insurance wont put you into that bad of debt (as bad as most people think) as the maximum out-of-pocket for an individual yearly is $9,100. Still a lot of course but this is the maximum for the worst possible insurance on the market. Most have far lower maximums. Don't get be wrong though the Healthcare system is needlessly expensive, complex, and requires fixing. 2. If you don't have insurance then there are a million programs to reduce or outright forgive medical debt. Hell most hospitals will forgive any debt you have if you are unable to pay it because it is a tax right off. Of-course if you don't have insurance but aren't poor then you are fucked but at that point you are quite literally self sabotaging yourself.

Wow. That makes me think lol. There were times where I was non-stop sweating like non -stop water pouring down my face + uncontrollable vomiting. After I stopped puking, I said “im okay, no need for the ER”. 😂😂 I wonder if it was something serious like it was signs of a pre-heart attack. I yet have been to the doctor :,( (Heart problems and cancer runs in my family)😅. God bless
