Hey just a bit of advice, you can solve it way faster if you start with the green side on top, it causes the white side to expand just a bit because of an error in code and you can flick it 60% faster. Not sure if they fixed it or not, but it still worth a try. (Even if it's patched, the green side is rumored to be the luckiest side to start with anyway, at least according to the 1x1 Rubix Cube solver Antonio Jazz on the 37th place.)

Fun Fact: Most "cubes" on the original rubik cubes aren't even cubes. They alter them because they need to have the mechanism in the middle for the thing to turn.

Actually the only way to scramble and then solve a 1x1 rubiks cube is to break it in such a way you can put it back together. Bet nobody else had this same solution.

theory: you basically drop the cube like a dice, and put it to its original position thats how you solve it

I've been into cubing since 2010 and 1x1x1 jokes and skits never get old

You have to scramble the atoms, and then perform the noclip glitch saving you about 20 seconds, skipping the cutsene. Then perform a up right left right move really fast, mqking the cube glitch out and making the game think you won.

I love how people take the time to question how the crap a 1x1 cube works, so they make up how you have to move it in a specific order or do completely nothing with this piece of plastic to win. legit put into waste of one of the world's most useless objects, yet a pretty funny joke.

Hmm... since the cube is already solved, I think the best tips on getting faster times is focusing on how you can make a motion that releases your hands from the timer and brings it back quickly, like a double click. After you get that down, just position the cube in such a way that it happens to make contact with your hands during this motion. Still, this means that the only factors in your times are your reaction/movement speed and how you plan to move your hands (as well as the rules of what is and isn't allowed).
