Because the first one he broke because he can't fulfill, the second one was because he had to always be there for his kid, so until he died that mark would stay with him. And his promise that their mom would be ok was also broken because her early death was inevitable, up until he had his wish to let her live while he died. While the first mark is permanent, the other two were erased because he kept his promise to his kid, therefore being with them up until he died
