There's always people, particularly in lower ranks, that do that. Just ignore it and show them that they're wrong. Mute them if you need to.

Timing. it has sound for when the ability ends you get used to it try

There is a timing, i'm not entirely sure what the actual time is in numbers. for me I've just played against reaper enough that its more of a feeling than visual or audio indicators. tbh i don't even think the visual indicator is significant enough to rely on it anyway. the audio however does help but its hard to explain with words what to look out for. Also you kinda need to see the teleport happening from the beginning to get the timing reliably right but it is possible to get it with audio cue, knowing the cross hair positioning and some luck even if you didnt see it straight away. funny that i uploaded a hanzo montage (more like a clip dump tbh) the other day and there are two clips in there where i do this. you could check it out if you wanna mental map the timing.
