POV: You're mastering your mindset thanks to Shūzō Matsuoka.
I hope that this can make someone smile or maybe think about yourself.
I'm not going to say that I like mindset stuff, I made this video because I was bored, but also because I wanted to demonstrate that everything would fit well if it was mashed up with a Nujabes beat, even a speech of a guy that has anything to do with music.

I spent whole days looking for something that would help me: chasing money, empty pleasures like masturbation, playing games for hours until my life seemed boring, pointless, and hopeless. Then the situation worsened; I fell into addiction. That's when illness, stress, and the associated pain hit me. Something was missing, and I was living lie. I was just escaping and clinging to what was killing me. I wasn't honest with myself until I stopped feeling the meaning of my life. Then came depressive states, anxiety attacks; I spent a huge part of my life in hospitals. The doctors still don't know what's is going on with my stomach; in June, another hospital. I wanted to end it, but I'm still here, and why? My sister Martyna died, my parents were devastated, but we put our hope in God and did not give up, and He healed our wounds. Before his death, my grandfather said, "I see Martynka, she came for me," as far as I know, he said this calmly because he saw where Martynka came from. When I let Jesus into my life, miracles began to happen. My aunt, who had suffered from an incurable cancer for years, was miraculously healed; the doctors admitted it was a miracle. When I prayed for her health, I asked, "I wonder how Aunt feels now," and God answered me, right at that moment, my grandmother came out of her room and called to my mom that the cancer was disappearing. I realized that everything has a purpose, joyful moments, but also the sad ones; suffering greatly shapes a person and makes them aware of many things. If it weren't for my illness, I wouldn't have accepted Jesus as my friend, I wouldn't derive joy from life, I wouldn't appreciate what I have, I wouldn't have been able to overcome bouts of anger and anxiety, and I still wouldn't be able to respect and love. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Gospel of Matthew 11:28-30) "And if we are children, then heirs-heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory." (Romans 8:17) "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life"(Gospel of John 3, 16 ❤️) Heaven is not earned; heaven is a gift that only needs to be accepted. Jesus Christ, the living God, died on the cross; the only one without sin - the innocent for the guilty, paid the penalty so that we could live forever, in fullness. It is in Him that we have forgiveness of sins and freedom, for everyone who sins is a slave to sin, but knowing Jesus, we also know the truth, and the truth sets us free. He gives us the strength to rise when we fall, He extends His hand to us when we want to overcome sin and stand up. He sets us free and is the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus is the love that saves. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Savior." (Romans 6:23) "I'm sick and I'm tired too" I spent whole days looking for something that would help me: chasing money, empty pleasures like masturbation, playing games for hours until my life seemed boring, pointless, and hopeless. “The power of now” echart Tolle I recommend this book highly. To find true happiness in life, you have to be fully in the present. Surrender to the present and say yes to life. When something happens, accept it fully. Remember that your thoughts are not you, the real you is the you that exists in this very moment. So embrace this very moment and practice mindfulness. Remember that 85% of our thoughts are negative and 90% are repetitive. So learn to detach your thoughts from your identity. Use your thoughts as a tool and when your not using it, put them away and be fully in the present

I'm shocked because the original of these clips were not taken seriously but mainly consumed as a meme in Japan about 10 years ago. You can find thousands and thousands of his meme videos on the Internet. But 10 years later now, it is attached with Nujabes' chill beats and thousands of English praising comments are dominating this section. I feel a little strange and funny, but at the same time it is completely understandable considering how nice as a person he is. I respect the whole journey that brings him here. ‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. ‏We kindly request that you take a few moments of your time to read this letter because it is possible that this letter will open up a new dimension of your role a human being in this universe. We hope that you are a free, broad-minded person free from prejudice whose goal is to find the truth. Before we continue, let us declare to you the purpose of this letter - that it is an introduction and invitation to the lifestyle known as Islam. ‏SOME FACTS ‏Islam has approximately 1 billion followers known as Muslims who follow the final revelation to mankind, known as the "Qur'an", revealed to Prophet Muhammad about 1400 years ago. Contrary to the common misconception, only about 20% of all Muslims are Arabs, the rest are Indians, Indonesians, Bosnians,Africans,Chinese, turkish and so on . ‏WHAT IS ISLAM ‏Islam, unlike most other religions, is not named after any man. Instead Islam means the submission of one's will to the only true god worthy of worship "Allah" and anyone who does so is termed a "Muslim". The word also implies "peace" which is the natural consequence of total submission to the will of Allah. Islam is the religion that was given to Adam, the first man and the first prophet of Allah, and it was the religion of all the prophets sent by Allah to mankind like Jesus and Moses . ‏THE MESSAGE OF ISLAM ‏The most important message of Islam is the absolute Unity of God-that there is only One Supreme Being who has no partners and is not dependent on anyone or anything. He is the creator of everything and the whole universe is under His control. Since the total submission of one's will to Allah represents the essence of worship, Islam is the worship of Allah alone and the avoidance of worship directed to any person, place or thing other than Allah. In essence, Islam calls man away from the worship of creation and invites him to worship only its Creator. Allah is the only one deserving man's worship as it is only by His will that prayers are answered. Hence prayers to the non-living such as the sun, fire, and to humans whether they be Jesus, Moses or even Muhammad are rejected, as Allah informs us in the opening chapter of the Qur'an, known as Soorah Al-Faatihah, verse 4: ‏"You alone do we worship and from you alone do we seek help." ‏A Muslim believes that Allah and His creation are distinctly different ‏entities. Neither is Allah His creation or a part of it, nor is His creation Him or a part of Him. Ultimately, it is the belief that the essence of Allah is everywhere in His creation or that His divine being is or was present in some aspects of His creation, which has provided justification for the worship of creation. Islam, hence, is a clear call to the worship of the Creator and the rejection of creation-worship in any form. ‏THE MIRACLE OF QUR'AN ‏"And if you are in doubt as to what We [Allah] have revealed…then produce a Soorah (chapter) like thereunto"(Soorah Baqarah 2:23) ‏This was the challenge put forth by Allah in the Qur'an 1400 years ago. As of yet, none has or will ever come close to meeting this challenge. Hence, as a result, multitudes throughout the centuries have believed and continue to believe in the Qur'an as a revelation beyond any human capacity. Modern scientists, for instance, have been amazed by the accuracy of scientific information presented in the Qur'an. Here are just a few examples: ‏In his book of embryology-'The Developing Human' [W.B. Saunders Publishing, 1982], Dr. Keith Moore added a whole chapter to discuss the scientific accuracy of the Quranic discussion of this science. Another eminent scientist, Dr. Maurice Bucaille wrote in his book-'The Bible, the Qur'an and Science': ‏"I could not find a single error in the Qur'an…if a man was the author of the Qur'an how could he have written facts in the 7th century A.D. that today are shown to be in keeping with modern scientific knowledge" ‏Facts about astronomy, the animal world and other natural phenomenon, that were alien to modern science not long ago, are scattered among the messages of Allah's Unity and His Attributes throughout the miracle that is known as al-Qur'an . ‏WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER RELIGIONS ‏There are so many sects, cults, religions, philosophies, and movements in the world, all of which claim to be the right way or the only true path to Allah. How can one determine which one is correct or if, in fact, all are correct? The method by which the answer can be found is to clear away the superficial differences in the teachings of the various religions, and identify the central object of worship to which they call, directly or indirectly. False religions all have in common one basic concept concerning Allah: they either claim that all human beings are gods or that specific individuals were Allah or that nature is Allah or that Allah is a figment of man's imagination. For example, Prophet Jesus invited his followers to worship Allah but those who claim to be his followers today call people to worship Jesus, claiming that he was Allah while Jesus himself would deny this as Allah says in the Qur'an: ‏"And behold Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary Did you say to men, Worship me and my mother as gods besides Allah; He [Jesus] will say-"Glory to You I could never say what I had no right (to say')" (Soorah Al-Maa'idah- 5:116) ‏Even though false religions might teach some good things, they all, however, teach the greatest evil- the worship of creation. Creation-worship is the greatest sin that man can commit because it contradicts the very purpose of his creation, which is the worship of Allah as explained in the following verses: ‏"Verily Allah will not forgive the joining of partners with Him, but He may forgive (sins) less than that for whom so ever He wishes" (Soorah An- Nisaa 4:48 and 116) ‏"I have only created Jinns and men, that they may worship me" (Soorah Zaareeyaat 51:56) Why do I have to be muslim ? ‏Since the consequences of false religion are so grave, the true religion of Allah must be universally understandable and attainable, not confined to any people, place or time. Within the central principle of Islam and in its definition, lies the roots of lslam's universality. Whenever man comes to the realization that Allah is one and distinct from His creation, and submits himself to Allah, he becomes a Muslim and is eligible for paradise. This is the essence and the corner-stone of Islam: ‏"Laa Elaaha lllallaah" (There is no god worthy of worship except Allah) ‏Its repetition and the sincere belief in it automatically brings one within the fold of Islam and guarantees one Paradise. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." How can one determine which one is correct or if, in fact, all are correct? Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." ‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. "I want to feel alive. Stake your entire life in here and now. Yes. If you stake your life now . Everyone. You will be ALIVE!" I relate so strongly to those words. I won't go into details here, but finding this video has been incredibly inspiring , it gives me the encouragement to go out every day, it makes me feel like I can achieve anything and that my efforts are worthwhile. Musicians are often met with a lot of negativity and people do not realise we are not creative machines . It is unfair to expect us to make music that makes the general public happy only. It is therapeutic to play my own compositions because I feel that I'm doing what I love when I'm playing my original music. ( only some of it is uploaded on RU-vid but I am not here to promote my music) Thank you so much. Sometimes, I need to remind myself what I'm working towards . As a music student, I sometimes become overwhelmed by the vast amount of knowledge available now. I believe that for myself, I want to focus on cultivating an attitude of determination, never ending perseverence , kindness, humility and to be as passionate as I can be. This video helped me a lot. Thank you so much to the uploader , and thank you so deeply Matsuoka Shuzo . His wisdom and motivational words kindle a 🔥 fire , burning bright in my heart.

Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." This resonates with me on such a deep level man, I've been trying to stay positive and know what drives me and what I stand for, but I forget those feelings a lot, I just feel so lost and that I don't know who I am, where I'm going, or even what I like. there's just so much I have to worry and stress about... I've been having very existential thoughts for months since august now. At first I thought everything was pointless, but then in November I decided to give meaning to my life and learn self help. So I started watching a lot of videos on self help and going to the gym and I've been doing that since November and now it's march. I've lost a bit of weight and gotten stronger, but now... idk, I'm just in a huge rut I guess? I feel demotivated and can't focus on anything. I feel like I have ADHD so maybe I should see a doctor. I want to learn certain skills and play games, but it kind of feels pointless sometimes, because I'm so interested in a lot of topics that I don't know what I should work on and it feels like I don't trust myself anymore to be good at one thing and that I'll miss out on the other things. I also just have confidence issues and overall identity problems. I want to do something great in my life, but I have no idea what that thing is. I have some hobbies like playing games, but most of the time I just sit and browse RU-vid when I know I should be doing something else. I guess I just want to know what my main passion/focus should be in life. I know I want to travel a lot, but I need some sort of job to do that where I can always travel, or a job that makes me lots of money and gives me location freedom. this is kind of a long winded rant, but I feel like these feelings are so complicated and hard to explain that I cant type them into just a few words. I NEED purpose. I missed so much school growing up and now I just feel dumb and like I missed out on a critical time to experiment and learn about certain careers and socialize with people more. Idk I just feel very different from most people and especially in school. I kind of had a bit of a rough growing up with things changing a lot and my mother being a drug addict so maybe that's affected me a bit? I want to draw but it just feels like such a challenging task sometimes and idk if its actually gonna lead anywhere. My dad keeps telling me I should go to school, but Idk what I should go for. He keeps saying carpentry, but I never enjoyed it in school and don't really feel like I would enjoy it now. I mean I guess I wont know unless I try, but it feels like I'm giving everything else up and I might not even like it, and then I would've wasted a lot of time. On the other hand I kind of want to do culinary arts, because I do kind of like cooking and think it would be cool to go cook in different countries and such, but what if I hate that too? and then I don't get to spend time in the carpentry course with my dad. I also never had any crazy interest growing up that I can think of, I've always been pretty scatter brained and that feeling makes me feel like I can't be good at certain things, but I know that's not going to help me at all if I think like that. It makes me say to myself "You've never been interest in that and didn't like it before therefore you can't do it!." I kind of grew up on a screen the older I got. I guess I'm just scared of choosing the wrong things in life and it causes me to just freeze up. I do enjoy philosophy, but I cant even focus on that very well, I'll learn a few things on RU-vid and think about learning more about it, but then I just move on to the next meaningless topic or twitch clip and Idk why, just the dopamine I guess? idk how to work hard and grind at something to get delayed satisfaction I guess. Regardless though, I'm slowly trying to improve everyday even if I fail and stay in this rut for a while. I'm trying to master my mindset. It takes a life time I guess, but I just feel lost now, never 100% on anything and not knowing what to pursue. I'm still pretty happy though I guess. I know I'll figure all of this out and I probably just need time to think. I know I want to travel and have fun, and have a career that I love. I know I'll eventually figure everything out. Ok vent over. If anyone has even just two words of advice I'd really appreciate it. (19 male btw)

It sounds like you have a loot of cool stuff to discover about yourself. Having many interest and feel on that many options before you have started the journey on each of them, is a pretty scary situation. And you get scared of missing out, by choosing one option, because somehow you think you need to choose only one option. And being scared of miss out other options make you end up doin nothing, Don't be scared that you want to do a lot. You don't have to pick one thing that you cling to. Like, who said that? Maybe choosing one careers is neurotypicals thing maybe, and most likely I hear that you are a neurodivergent. I recognize the writing style because I express myself in that way. Blast of reflections and thoughts and interests. I hear you. First of, nothing is wrong. But you are getting scared of yourself and that's why you feel this confusion. Because you are trapping yourself in the paralyzation of recognizing so many options. You must find a way to integrate them all into different parts of your life, instead of making one goal for the whole ambition. Practice yourself on the kitchen, try a course in culinary or other stuff, while studying art or whatever that seems interesting, and when you get home from the study, make a tea, sit down and open your sketchbook and draw. You don't need to make the one thing extraordinary but everything your doin is extra ordinary in itself. I really understand you, trust me. I had this voice in my head that said I had to choose one form of art or I would not be good at the whatever creative thing I did. But I did not want to loose the other things. So I said no. Im gonna prove that I can do several art forms. Even dough it might take longer time developing my skills. So I did art, music, and study pedagogical teacherment at university at the same time, and having a part time job as a bartender. Then the voice said I need to choose a instrument. But I did not want to. After two years really getting serious with music. I play guitar, bass, drums and piano. Its like how more I got to learn, the more I learned. By giving expansion field and freedom to all my interest, everything increased. And I mean on all parts of my life. I want to learn and manage everything I'm gonna do. And by each time Im doin it, Im developing. My dinners is pretty good now. There is actually this modell called the proximotial model. That is a model of a circle with three zones. The first sone is what you can do, the second is what you are able to do or learn by what you already know now. The third zone is the greyzone where opportunity's coming by what you might learn by what you already know. When you open a interest and try, every zone mmmideatily expands itself. So just try, and see where it goes. When people like your father recommend stuff. He will say what he think is better for you and what might cross his interest as well. But you gotta feel if it resonates for YOU. It does not have to be a BIG CALLING but you should feel rather if it is interesting or not. That's one of the perks with ADHD. You getting interested in a lot, hyper focused and are able to process a lot of information. Btw ADHD is just the way your system works now basically. Its just a picture of the symptoms on your condition, not a disease. You can go to the doctor, but what really matters is what you recognize and resonate with yourself, read about it, and get information on how you best can manage yourself as a being the way you are now, and how you can take advantage if that. Its like your saying what the universe is saying to you. Go watch those RU-vid videos and get more knowledge and conccioussn ess about yourself as a being. Maybe why you feel pointlessness is because what your doing is not directed towards your true goal, Mastering yourself. So my advice to you. Keep it simple and complex. Do not let a fear programmed in you telling what's possible or not. Break through those walls and go create your life. Do a study, do several hobbys and just have fun with it all. I mean that's why we are here, to explore and gather good memories. Explore ourselves, the planet, beings, being. Come on. Just do everything you want to do. Do trips here and there, festivals, museums, forest or mountain hike, idk. But your in the beginning in life and are gazing into a invisible existence, you are feeling the breeze of a reality that is yet to happen. You are getting stroked by the blessings revealing itself for your journey. Just take chances and go on. Don't just stare, GO ON! And don't worry about failing because the closest to failing is not tryin anything because you are afraid to fail or miss out. That's where you miss out. So don't miss out, go and explore all what is catching your interest. You never know when that type of experience and knowledge might come in handed. That's why being you is important, because its important. And the only way to find out why, is to be you. So congratulations, welcome to life. It will be fuckin hard, but it will be fuckin awesome. And some more tip for you my friend

Hey, man. I'm a 28yo guy and I understand your comment. You should be proud of yourself and you should be excited. From what I've read, it sounds like you have a mind that digs deep. It considers ALL of the possibilities. It may be why you feel so overwhelmed. A mind like that can do a lot of good in the world, but you have to put in some work to get it focused. My best advice isn't anything special, but it's what I've used to get me out of the same situation you're in: Get out in the world and make some mistakes. It's the only way to discover what works for you in the world and what doesn't. If that's too hard, start with a hobby to boost your confidence and self-worth then try again. Life is hard sometimes. Life is unfair sometimes. But damn if it isn't worth living. Keep trying.

This is the essence and the corner-stone of Islam: ‏"Laa Elaaha lllallaah" (There is no god worthy of worship except Allah) ‏Its repetition and the sincere belief in it automatically brings one within the fold of Islam and guarantees one Paradise. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." Bro I swear to fucking God, I'm working a 12 hour shift and this old short Asian man cones straight to me and starts telling me to never give up and always stay strong. Like exactly like this man right here, EXACTLY LIKE HIM. Truly blessed to have such motivational words spoken to me from a man with such insight and passion.

21 and they can’t figure out what’s wrong with me. I get tested for lupus in the morning. Sucks being a young guy with no one listening. You go from healthy to everything wrong in under a year. I feel as if this is important development for my life.

The advice/motivation is very good. No matter what has happened, if you can connect to the here and now, and be around good people, then the stress and anxiety will fade.

As for me what i think is that The past, the present, the future It is all important as one For the past we must not forget the scar /damages it gave you And try not to repeating the same mistakes and for future it is important to take tense or worry You need to think about your future and work hard for it And for the present we must apply the past and future on the present day I hope ya'll keep fighting ✨

Hello mate, I would like you to know that you made my night. I got really relaxed with this. I am currently working on making a large community and a first specific community server it will be at the country I am in. I'm really tired and things are going hard so It helped a lot. I am sure that I'll listen to this for hours and hours no matter what time it is. Keep yourself safe and healthy guys, love y'all.

Worst thing about going thru shi at a young age is if you don’t come back from it... you’re doomed your rest of your life, but the best thing if you do overcome from it and learn to never give up and have that power to thrive and have goals , you are now set and have a advantage in your own life 💜💞

Reacting to your anxiety and engaging into rumination and other compulsive behavior (even the rational one) means teaching your brain that it is something you want to see more in your life. Therefore your brain will give you more of that anxiety in order to help you fix it. Smile at your brain and say „x will maybe happen“ and then move on to something you actually wanna see more in your life.
