When you sell to EVERYONE, you're selling to NO ONE!
When you raise your prices, you're going to loose customers. Period! Especially if you were undercharging!
You wanna attract customers who LOVE what you offer, who won't nickel and dime you every time you give them a quote.
And as your business grows and your prices increase you're going to lose a batch of customers who are no longer apart of your ideal clientele. The good news is when you up level your business, you also open yourself up to a new batch of clients!
So don't be discouraged! The math is the math and you have to follow the data. Otherwise, you'll be stuck BROKE and UNDERPAID!

Less is more in that sense as you service those that value your skill, love and quality you put into your baked goods. Plus where inflation is concerned, aggregate spending on inputs pushes up your average cost per unit good produced so it makes sense to accommodate those costs and make a profit for the work you do.
