@@gurizao1 the cube shape shifts, so the positions of the pieces will be weird while scrambling the Square-1, Carl also became a beginner at the Rubik's cube, so his knowledge is a lot more better

It's the same process as making up a random long number. You just pick any amount of random single digit numbers in any order you want. Except the numbers are replaced with turn directions and sides of the cube. Cubers make it look so easy and efficient, because they spent so much time making their solving turns efficient. So, the scramble turns are efficient as well, and the turns are done as naturally and fast as naming a random single digit number.
