Holy shit, only got back into modded MC a few months ago and have been re-watching your old AE tutorials for the basics again and you pop up with another, glad see you're back.

Playing All The Mods 9 for the first time, and honestly, I need an easy source of a lot of power. Some of the other power generation mods were way too intimidating for me. I started using generators galore which is even simpler than this. But I wanted to do something that required some more effort. Thanks for the tutorial.

Good video showing the tiers and crazy levels of power that can be produced by this mod. One thing to be aware of is that some modpacks not only introduce different recipes, but apparently nerf the power generation. For example in ATM 7 Nitro Solar panels can output 160k FE/t (ed. - from the storage buffer), but only generate 2k FE/t

Very useful - it really helped me understand how to use the Mod to its full effect.

I used Captain Jacks automated miner (tm) with actually additions for a long while as a starter miner - can build it in my sleep. I just came back for some ATM8 and was shocked to see actually additions was gone from it. So happy to see new content, you guys were my gotos for years. Thank you for this comeback - really enjoyed both vids. Agree with your considerations about complexity vs reward - mekanism is another suspect i think, with just a bit of redstone, iron and diamond you have all you need for elite levels of tank, cables etc. Again thanks for this epic return.

Why do most mod makers make books about their mod that are absolutely useless? ive noticed this ALOT. they say what each block is but they don't say how to operate or use any of it. i built the reactor and then i'm like "ok now what"? they could have at the very least say how it operates and what things it needs to run. thanks for explaining what the book in game should have. Big thumbs up you totally nailed it all for me

I should mention solar is VERY weak, due to the resulting panels at every tier being equal to or actually less effective than the prior tier panels used in construction. 1 basic tier providing 60fe needs 3 starter tiers that produce 20fe. 1 hardened takes 3 basic tiers and it only provides 100fe when the 3 basic tiers would provide 180fe. So your LOSING power. And that continues for future tiers. Contrast to thermo gens which have a linear cost but only need one of the prior tier thermos for the next tier, so you gain energy, and thermo gens take very, very little water, i even sustained them on a a few buckets every other hour. And they sustained me well until i got a reactor started(and i pondered sticking with thermos :D)

For some reason I was mixing up this mod with deep resonance. Makes more sense now that things looked different. Edit: I was mixing it up with an ancient mod called powercraft. I miss that mod, was before forge modloader came about.

right when i started getting back into modded MC and watching your old tutorials in need for guidance, this appears out of nowhere xD rly happy about it tho. is there any chance there will also be updates on some older stuff that you covered already?

sadly the power output is incorrect the rate at which power is generated is a lot lower then the machines say because when it says x fe/t inside a machine its talking about the extraction rate for example starter solar panels say 40 fe/t but what it actually generates is 5 fe/t with 40 being the maximum you can pull out at a time so keep that in mind you can see the real value if you hover over it in your inventory

the reason for the complicated setup is before the charging will just shove item in it until its reach 6 and its was not easely automated

This mod really confuses me; a Nitro Magmator says it should produce 40K FE/t but the maximum output I get is 10K FE/t (playing in ATM7). It has an unlimited (fast) supply of lava so there are no bottlenecks. The given power production numbers definitely seem inaccurate.

I can't put a buffer in my ender gate or ender cell. I tried shift+right click, shift+left click, even dragging it in but it doesnt work. I'm playing cuboid outpost if it helps at all

I'm really curious, but I feel like if you made 4 Nitro solar panels, wouldn't it generate more power than the Nitro Reactor but require less maintenance to feed it coal, Redstone, Uraninite, and ice? It's more of a passive thing, especially with the lens of ender? Or am I just not reading that right?

Got nitro reactor struggles to charge unobtanium-all modium ingots do u need to charge up few nitro cells is there ment to be power runnin thru nitro cables says 0 fe plus cables don’t connect to reactor

The Lens of Ender doesn't appear after right clicking the Endermen. Everytime I try the photoelectric pane disappears so does the Enderman. I'm playing Prominence II, does anyone know why that happens?

Solar power in powah is worse than you thought. You read the maximum output, the generation is far lower maxing out at 2k per tick.

You can use "dry ice" which is 2 blue ice energized and it's super cold

the shift clicking for the ender cell doesn't work for me, I assume it's a bind conflict but I can't seem to find what bind it is....any help?

its op until you realize how easy it is to draw millions of rf/t doing a few small autocrafts of some nitro components. i usually idle at around 80krf/t and my base isnt even close to being finished.

I like Powah but it's pretty overpowered. I had my base running completely on solar and the giant batteries early on and haven't needed to touch any reactors or generators. Anyone know of a balanced/hard tech modpack for Fabric? Playing All of Fabric 6 at the moment but there's a lot of bloat and unbalanced mods.
