Every time I see myself with bare skin when I have spots and scabs and scars all over I feel ugly af. But seeing you with bare skin? literally none of your spots detract from your beauty. Like what? It’s like freckles or beauty marks; just differently colored/textured skin. I’m going to try not covering up my spots when I do my makeup this week see how I feel. I was on birth control for 6 years and just came off last year. I've been getting so much acne and it's only increasing Idk what to do!!I'm really panicking now it's making me feel insecure. how do I improve my skin
It's probably because of the hormones that was in the birth control pills. And since you stopped taking them your hormones are fluctuating. I would say maybe go to a dermatologist what do they suggest. Usually even if you do everything right with skincare and diet you can still get acne, because people forget that hormones could be the main problem.
I have a question my acne is bad like yours (not to be mean and sorry) but what skin care products would work better with it to at least get rid of some redness and I have sentive and oily skin so what would you recommend?😅
It may not be something you're interested in trying but, ACCUTANE really works for people like me and you. I didn't have cystic or nodular acne but, I had acne that NEVER got better regardless of the Skin Care Regime I invested in. I had such horrible oily skin I would always feel like I was wearing a layer of oil even after washing. And moisturizer for acne prone skin did not fix anything. My son whose 21 has the same type of relentless acne and is now on ACCUTANE. They prescribe it in lower doses now and will keep you on it a little longer for less dryness. I took a Vitamin "B" Stress Complex because it really stopped the side effect of the sides of my mouth cutting in called, Cheilosis.
I tried it 😔 it didnt work for my face 🤣 And i was at work My coworker from another country (he dont know much English) said to me "What happened to your face?" I said Ohhh ok . And went to the bathroom, ya, my skin didnt lole this routine 😅
Everytime I moisturize I break out - literally any moisturizer will set my face skin on fire with little red bumps. I wish I could moisturize- I look like a prune.

Humm.when you use the tip of the sponge. Don't! .wash it if you can. soap and water. Let air dry is best. What it does it put back your pimple or dirt from the foliceal and you will get another . bigger pimple or worse...f. Don't forget to wash your face..every day and night Here a list of thing you can do .. Wash your face in the morning and night. Pay attention to what your eating. Like for example.. I love potatoes chips . So it has alot of salt and oil. Right.?so you end up touching your face ..then eekkkk.the worse. pimple ever and your freaken mad as all hell.. So watch .what happens.. after you eat it . If something happens after you eat it. that could be reason your breaking out. Drink 8 glasses of water.. to start with .

Because of your acne or how you write it try eating Vegan for like 2 month it well help belive me ( eat many vitamins from plants not extra pills or something like that)
Acne can also be hormonal and not food or bacteria related. I saw a dermatologist at 25 after acne from 16, I still have acne now 15 years later. Only thing that can work is contraceptive pill but not everyone wants it or can stay on it for years.
did you have some tips for dry skin too?? i feel bad for all the makeup artist that done my face before, it ALWAYS crease. i even do my usual routine plus her (i dont want my skin to get worse bcs of the sudden change), except one which ended up horribly the next day. if anyone know please help. i got a huge event next month and i dont want to turn into a shading lizard🥲
