Anna thank u sooooo much Anna love u from Hyderabad, because I have been searching in youtube for clear explanation...I was confused how to find out what is the difference between AVR and POWER AMP.. finally some detailed information is ON ❤️❤️❤️..Keep growing Anna ..GOD BLESS U
Bro, na daggara zebronics tower speakers unnay. Avi na 4k tv ki pettinappudu super sound vosthundi. But vere 32inch tv or na laptop ki pettinappudu 4k tv tho polisthe 30% sound kuda ravatledu. Nenu ee active tower speakers ki power amp vadocha ? Adi vadi laptop ki connect chesthe manchi output vosthunda ?
Hi bro naa daggara laptop and 5.1 amplifier unnai. Ee renditini ela connect cheyali bro, without dropping sound quality? Naa laptop ki hdmi undi, but amplifier ki hdmi input ledu. Ela connect cheyali bro. Pls give reply bro.
Anna naadhi oka doubt ,ippudu suppose naa daggara 5.1 file vundhi , home theatre vacchesi 7.2.4, ippudu manam aa file play chesina appudu 2 subwoofers work chestya ledha file 5.1 kaabatti only one subwoofer panichestundha, koncham clarity ivva anna please
Boss you say that when 110 hz or 200 hz comes the ohms would drop could you show for me how it happenes the ohms are fixed it not drop on running it droped when it was ageing only
Ohms aren't fixed FYI. It does dip down to lower impedence at some frequency range. That's why we also have a speaker specification like nominal impedance and minimum impedance.
Ashok if suppose your speakers is 4ohms related your AVR support it then no issue some AVR has designed dedicated ohms like 8 to 6ohms now present scenario all avrs is designed to meet 4 to 16ohms impedance Speakers the main issue drop of impedance or automatic change impedance will not occur if you set in AVR particular impedance like 6ohms or 4ohms if you drive 8ohms speakers with great signal there there is chance of risk to damage the AVR or Speakers simultaneously
Hi Brother, generally 8ohms speakers are designed for constant power(watts) it doesn't need much amplification required if you are using 2 way Book shelf speaker just see the driver size of low & mid frequency unit if it crosses above 10" put large & crossover would be standard 80hz if your 2-way speaker has 6" driver then put Small in AV Crossover and select 100hz to 120hz depends up on what channel you are using it depends on room behavior towards sound my recommendation is just use 2 way speakers for fronts and select small driver for surround and add 2 subwoofer good luck
@shiva cgjobs When AVR handles 2ch at 4ohms it gives >10%distortion dynamically. 4ohms more distortion sometimes even shutdown mode due to clipping. And non of the avr is having that has switchable impedence. And if if they do it shouldn't be used. So avr is still I inferior towards power amplifiers in my opinion. And hence the reason why power amplifiers sound much better and cleaner, clearer
Ashok can you explain what is distortion I would like to listen from you don't think I am asking as a known person just we would like to share knowledge only
Anna aka doubt Anna naadhaggera Denon 1600h av receiver undhi dhaniki front elac debut 2.0 b6. 2 and surrounds Polk S10 center s30 sub Polk hts 10 vadutham anukuntunna front and surrounds different type spekars vaduthunna dhanivala adhaina problem vasthunda ? Plz clarify anna
Ha problem untadhi. 1. Different speakers vadatam valana meku different sound vachey chances unnayi. 2.mee speakers ani kuda 4ohm load. So atleast denon avr2700h tesukondi lower impedence kuncham better handle chesthadhi avr, me speakers ni
Pre-Amp (AV Processor) is to amplify low level signals to line level which are still wrak to drive an Speaker, yet carry Required data to drive power amplifier. Av receiver are Combination of Av Processors + Mini Power amplifier. They are good to drive speakers of low Wattage or stereo Speakers. Why Power Amplifier is required when My speaker is 8 Ohms ? First Speakers are rated at 8 ohms at 1Khz Frequency. Speakers are mechanical components and are dynamic. They demand different levels of power for different Frequencies. Generally Any speakers with good Sensitivity above 92db drop their impendance by 50% when Frequency below 500Hz ( Which is 3-4 Ohms in case of 8 ohms speaker.) Most AV receivers have And EI Transformer which are not Capable of Switching Wattage quick enough to Cater the demands of speaker,Which may lead to speakers not performing there rated level or in scenario Clipping your Speaker ( Sending DC Voltage instead of AC).
Hello Ashok Anna...Please suggest me a good 5.1 home theatre around 35 to 40k(Strictly 40k higher side) Present I am using LG SK5 soundbar.I stuck between Pioneer HTP 076 vs Yamaha YHT 3072.Which is best among these two...pls suggest me if any other best alternative to these two.Pls suggest me best future proof 5.1 home theatre. Thanks in advance bhayya.
youll be stuck with this setup bro..but Pioneer is better as its as Atmos 3.1.2 support .I suggest take everything separately so later you can upgrade to better equipment .Speakers life time usually more , so buy a good AVR and decent speakers separately
Nice info andi.. Can you please consider making a video on how to increase life of your equipment - Like - AVR life 3-5 years anaru.. Edaina measures teesukuni danai life ni increase cheyacha ? What are the safety measures we can take.. may be some good measures....
AVR lifespan ni evaru increase cheyaleru. Entha fan petina kuda heat generates the same. And heat is the enemy for any electronic device which is first caution that it reduces its lifespan. So kastham to save the life of AVR🤷♂️
RMS : the average power that is capable of providing in clean without any distortion. PMPO: the maximum power that it can provide with an incresed distortion.
Depends on what models you are purchasing. However, power amplifiers have 2,3,4,5,7,9,11 channel configurations. You can choose according to your affordable range
Av receiver ki power amplifier ni ela connect cheyyali Bro Please explain one video. Normal houses lo kuda Av reciever ki power amplifier connect cheyyavachu.
Ashok a small conclusion is there when you drive 8ohms or 6ohms or 4ohms depend on frequenies you set crossover in AVR whether it may be 150hz to 200hz what is this curve slope starts from 150hz to 10 to 20khz depend up on avr low to high frequency support this 150hz signal starts as High Pass Filter Crossover it takes signal from 150hz only to respected frequencies what the content in 150hz signal is low bass mid area or low frequency extension area that means it produce bass frequency to speakers low mid drivers in this case It takes high current means 200watts atleast your impedance area will not change how much speaker has been designed same thing will produce but little of high watts demand due to low frequency extension area I am testing several hours from my 12 years of experience it wants high current AV receiver didn't supply in this power amp requirement is there there is no change suddenly fall in to impedance or change impedance if speaker wants more power or watts depend on signal our duty is to install the desired required amp to that signal please clearly understand this Ashok one way you are telling is correct if power is not matches both avr and speaker will damage
Audiophile speaker designing earlier principles is different they design constant power & ohms but current situation changes speaker impedance compare to AVR like 4 to 8ohms you asked 200 watts what? My answer is for partcular frequency the desired input source signal demands high watts normally 200watts minimum to 60hz to 1khz signal but we put crossover to 80hz to 1khz it takes 180watts you said listening position requires that power your question I didn't understand one thing I understand you got good knowledge with the help of your audio engineer I congrats that please daily practise it in real work environment then only you will exactly known what is what you got only therotical knowledge & some practical calibration also but that's not enough to learn so many people watching your videos in that I am also one of that I am still learning as a student I don't feel I know everything
ill get back to you andi., once i got good practical knowledge on Public Audio. As of now i'm into home audio., you are asking me to club both into one. in my perspective. I have to stop conversation with you., to continue my work Please don't take anything negative. warm regards HTG
@@HomeTheaterGuide I don't club both I have a sense I am telling my experience and knowledge in Home audio only not public audio I am not fully masteted in both to mix one any how ashok if you wish to stop I am also thanks for your replies
One small doubt. Meeru ee Theater lo Marantz SR 8015 set chesaam annaru. I see that its price is around 3.5 Lakhs. Also, you said AV receiver average life is 3-5 years. I see some atmos and dtsx enabled processors about 3.5 to 4 lakhs in same cost itself (Marantz AV7705 is even cheaper alternative). Also, you are using Power amp any how.. Any particular reason for why choosing AVR over AV processor ?
@@HomeTheaterGuide see here while driving the output to load the load impidance will not change it is static only the total impidance value change in driver side only.......... Thanks for u r reply bro...
It is not only the driver, also the phase, smpl responses of any speaker also changes and goes down to lower impedence. Not all speakers does this but most do.
@@HomeTheaterGuide any way i will stop this discussion ,one thing i have to say u is if u r using network in side speaker box.....what u say may be valid i dont know.....? I think it will also not happened ,but u r may be practicle.and while driving load directly with the driver there may not be change in impidance .....tq..
DTS amplifier ane power amplifier ye ledhu andi 🤦♂️. Stereo and multi channel power amplifier ki kuda em DIFFERENCE ledhu. Just your are powering 2 speakers with stereo and 5 or 7 or 9 or 11 speakers being powered by bigger power amplifer
Ashoka anna , Elagu power amps gurinchi matladukuntunnam kabatti! Emitova , Marantz , denon lo power amps chala costly ga untai kabatti even 2 channel kooda. Power output kooda 150 to 200 watts. Antha kanna ekkuva wattage kavalante inka chala costly. Alantappudu “ Harman ” valla “Crown” series class D amplifiers vadukovocha? Avi relatively cheap ga manchi power output tho vasthai kadha! Like crown xls 1502. Foreign countries lo 2Channel set up ki alage commercial cinema set-up lo kooda crown company amps ni cinema processors ni vadatharu kadha .. Antha costly ga unde avi konatam better ga untundha crowm amps affordable ga reliable ga untaya! Idhi kastha clear cheyandi! Thanks for sharing the knowledge anna! Mee selfless service ki mem eppudu thankful ga untam!🙏
See brother, US vadu gadi thintunadu kadha manam kuda gadi ye thinali ani anukoku. Crown amplifiers aren't a standard or very clean amplifiers compared to emotiva, marantz, etc. Crown amplifier in US is like very cheap amplifiers at relatively low priced with more watts. So is it wrong to use such bad amplifiers? No. But it isn't as good built as other brand offerings and the quality of providing watts is much better from other brands. No problem if you want crown amps.
