In this tip, I discuss Web Roles, which allow you to assign Entity Permission, Web Page Access Control Rules and Website Access Permissions to contacts. I also touch on the special Web Roles for authenticated users and anonymous users.

The videos are very useful... Can you please share or make video on - how to configure web roles( custom roles) so that logged in user see only records he created in CDS in Powerapps Portal ? Say there are 10 records in CDS entity... and user A sees only 5 and can edit which he created... Looking forward to hear... Thx

Can we assign the webroles to the custom entity, which will be in required relationship with the webroles entity

The permissions that someone who is logged in has is based on how web roles are associate to their contact using the out-of-the-box relationship. So while you can create a custom relationship, it won't affect the permissions on the Portal.
