This tutorial will show you how to write a flow which runs on a trigger. For the example used for this video, this trigger will be someone adding a new recipe to a specified folder in OneDrive, which will then cause Power Automate to send a notification email out.

Thanks, sir. It opens a lot of potential to improve the process. Is it possible to create an email when a new PBI is uploaded and share the report in PBI as a PDF file to the receipt?

I plan to do a later video on Power BI Desktop (assuming this is what you mean by PBI?). However, I can't see a trigger for this - there are only ones for data-driven events (in preview), and being able to run an action when someone clicks on a button in a report.
